Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can English peas with onions
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn kernels
    1 can French green beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped sweet pepper (bell)
    chopped sweet onion (as desired)
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation
    Drain the first 8 ingredients and place in dish.
    Bring the vinegar, sugar, oil and salt and pepper to a boil. Let cool and pour over vegetables.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
