Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    cornflakes, crushed
    chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, except cornflakes, nuts and powdered sugar. Roll into balls about the size of an egg.
    Roll in crushed corn flakes and chopped nuts to coat.
    Drop potato balls into deep, hot fat and fry until rich brown color.
    Remove from deep fat and roll in powdered sugar.
