Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 large grated potato
    1 onion, grated
    soda cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Roll balls of salmon in cracker crumbs. Heat skillet filled with 1/4-inch Crisco.
    Fry until golden brown on low to medium heat.
