Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. fat-free Italian dressing
    1/4 c. freshly chopped parsley
    2 small or 1 large bunch romaine lettuce
    1/4 c. croutons
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crush garlic in large salad bowl.
    Beat in mustard, Italian dressing and parsley.
    Add lettuce and toss lightly covering leaves with dressing.
    Add croutons and Parmesan cheese; toss lightly. Makes 4 servings.
