Imperial Fruit Salad Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large bananas
3/4 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple, with liquid
14 maraschino cherries with 2 Tbsp. juice
2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mash bananas gently with fork.
Blend in other ingredients. Stir well and freeze in sherbet dishes or glass 9-inch pie plate. Cut in wedges to serve.
