Crock-Pot Boliche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. eye of round
1 pkg. Lipton beefy mushroom soup
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 large head garlic, cleaned and sliced
Preparation

Trim excess fat from roast.
Make a lengthwise cut through center of roast.
Stuff with sausage.
Pierce meat and insert garlic throughout roast.
