Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
    8 slices thick bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. or less cider vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large bowl and set aside.
    Cook bacon in skillet on medium heat to desired crispness.
    Remove bacon from skillet and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings.
