Chocolate Crunch Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nonfat dry powdered milk
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. liquid fructose
3 tsp. water
1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine powdered milk and cocoa in blender, blending to a fine powder.
Stir in fructose and water.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Slightly crush the chow mein noodles and fold them into the chocolate mixture.
Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper.
Cool at room temperature.
Makes 30 pieces at 11 calories per piece.
