Pork Chop And Sauerkraut Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 pork chops
4 to 5 smoked link sausages
7 to 8 new potatoes, skins left on
2 (1 lb.) cans kraut
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven or roasting pan, put kraut, potatoes, sausages and pork chops.
Slice butter over all.
Put in a 300\u00b0 oven and let roast with cover on all day.
