Sausage And Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix (with hand) until you can roll into little balls.
    If mixture is too dry, add a small amount of milk to better shape balls.
    Place balls on cookie sheet and place in freezer until they harden.
    Store in plastic bags until ready to use.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown and crisp. Yields about 50 to 75.
