Texas Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
    3 medium avocados, peeled and smashed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped (tops included)
    3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (not skinned)
    1 c. ripe olives, drained and chopped
    8 oz. mild or medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Combine avocados, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
    Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
    Layer ingredients in a flat dish in this order: bean dip, avocado mixture, taco mixture, chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped ripe olives and cheese.
