Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. catsup
Preparation

Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, oatmeal and milk in bowl. Shape into balls.
Brown in hot skillet and place in baking dish. Blend brown sugar, dry mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and catsup, mixing well.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yields 4 servings.
