Cindy'S Roast Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. shoulder London broil
3 lb. new potatoes
1/2 c. olive oil
2 (2 oz.) pkg. Lipton onion soup
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Coat shallow roasting pan with olive oil.
Place meat in center.
Quarter potatoes (skins on) and place around meat. Coat potatoes with remainder of olive oil. Sprinkle Lipton soup over meat and potatoes. Add water around potatoes.
Place in a 325\u00b0 oven and let simmer, turning meat and potatoes every 15 minutes until done (approximately 2 hours). Serves 4.
