Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. low calorie cream (La Creme)
    2 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    1 baked shell
    Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Mix all together, then pour in a baked shell.
    Top with a layer of
    Cool Whip topping.
    Chill for an hour.
