Blondies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. reduced calorie margarine (tub)
    1/3 c. dark brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
    1 1/2 oz. shelled pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Into a small mixing bowl or onto sheet of wax paper, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Set aside.
