Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot)
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. coon cheese (sharp Cheddar, black wrapper from Kraft)
Preparation
    Warm sausage at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
    Mix thoroughly all items.
    Roll in small balls, size of a quarter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 15 minutes on ungreased pan.
