Kathy'S Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. strained persimmons
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add other ingredients.
    Bake until firm and well done in a 350\u00b0 oven.
