Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated Kraft Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. bacon drippings
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    5 to 6 jalapenos (can be fresh or from a jar)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except hamburger.
    Pour 1/2 of cornmeal mixture into a greased iron skillet.
    Spread the hamburger on top, then layer the remaining cornmeal mixture.
    You can grate some more cheese and top with this if you like.
    Use 3 to 4 jalapenos, if you do not like it too hot.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
