Fat-Free Black-Eyed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried black-eyed peas
    4 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. cumin seed
    2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    Wash peas and remove stones.
    Combine peas, onion, cumin seed, oyster sauce and bay leaves in water.
    Slow cook until peas are soft with lid on pot; stir occasionally.
    Serve peas over boiled or steamed rice.
