My Favorite Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
1 box white cake mix
2 lb. cut up chicken

Preparation

Beat eggs and milk together in shallow, wide bowl.
Set aside. Mix together bread crumbs and cake mix in another shallow wide bowl.
Dip cut up chicken first in egg mixture, then into crumb mix.
Lightly grease cookie sheet and put well coated chicken on to bake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes; turn as needed.
