Shamrock Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. pimento stuffed olives, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    3 green peppers
    6 pineapple rings
    French dressing
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine cheese, olives and nuts.
    Cut peppers into rings and arrange on pineapple slices.
    Fill with cheese mixture.
    Serve with French dressing on lettuce leaves.
