Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 c. blackberry jam
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    9 oz. mince meat
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs and mix well and add jam.
    Add soda to buttermilk and then to mixture.
    Add flour and mince meat. Bake in a tube pan at 325 until done.
    May bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or in three 8-inch pans.
