Chicken Tandoori - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cut up chickens
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic
    2 green peppers, seeded and chopped
    2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. coriander
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken in shallow baking dish, skin side up.
    Sprinkle with onion, garlic, green pepper, tomatoes, salt and spices.
    Pour melted butter over all.
    Add stock and bake, basting frequently.
    Bake 50 minutes and serve with white rice.
