Traditional White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 1/4 c. very warm water
    softened margarine
Preparation
    Mix 3 1/2 cups of the flour, sugar, salt, shortening and yeast.
    Add warm water.
    Blend 1 minute on low speed, scraping bowl frequently.
    Beat 1 minute on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently.
    Stir in enough remaining flour, one cup at a time, to make dough easy to handle.
