Gingersnaps That Crack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. molasses
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Beat in 2 eggs.
    Add molasses. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add and beat.
    Roll into one-inch balls.
    Dip and roll in sugar.
    Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
