White Jello Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Knox gelatine
1/3 c. water
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
crushed pineapple
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in water over a pan of hot water.
Set aside to cool.
Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add gelatine mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip and pineapple.
