Tomato Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/3 c. dried crumbs
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar
    1 1/2 lb. lean chuck (ground)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 medium tomato
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion, crumbs, pepper, sauce, catsup, garlic, seasoned salt and egg. Mix until well blended.
    Spread mixture over bottom of pie shell. Cut tomato in 1/2-inch
    slices and arrange around edge of pie.
    Bake 25 minutes at 425\u00b0. Sprinkle cheese over all and return to oven until cheese melts.
