Open Faced Tuna Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. chopped apples (unpeeled)
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices bread, toasted
    4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine tuna, apple, onion, walnuts, salad dressing, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Spread on bread; top with cheese slices. Broil until cheese is melted.
