Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    3/4 c. olive oil
    3 slices firm white bread
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    6 anchovy fillets, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. coarse black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1 large head romaine lettuce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Steep garlic in oil overnight; remove and discard.
    Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into small cubes.
    Saute bread cubes in 1/4 cup of the garlic oil in a large skillet until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
