Easy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets (flounder, cod, scrod or black fish)
    1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation
    Rinse fish in cold water.
    Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Roll fish in mixture.
