Curried Creamed Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny peas
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Cook peas as directed on package; drain.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, curry powder, salt and sugar. Cook over low heat until bubbly.
    Add milk and lime juice.
    Heat to boiling; stir 1 minute.
    Add peas; heat thoroughly.
    Serves 4.
