Ultimate Rocky Road - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (2 c.)
    2 1/4 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
    1/4 c. sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Melt over hot (not boiling) water the milk and chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in marshmallows, nuts and sunflower seeds.
    Spread in foil-lined 8-inch square pan.
    Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
    Cut into 1-inch squares.
