Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. honey or molasses
    3 tsp. salt
    8 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.
    In another bowl, mix milk, oil and honey.
    Gradually stir into yeast and water.
    Add 4 cups flour and stir; beat for 3 minutes.
    Add 4 more cups flour; beat until stiff.
    Knead 12 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl; cover with cloth.
    Let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Punch dough down.
    Cut in 3 equal parts; shape into loaves.
    Place in greased loaf pans.
    Cover; let rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Brush tops with oil or butter; cool a few minutes before turning out on cooling racks.
