Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 carrots, grated
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Add onion, bell pepper, soup, sour cream, carrots, salt and pepper.
    Butter casserole dish.
    Sprinkle layer of crumbs in bottom.
    Add squash and cover light layer of crumbs.
    Pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
