1 lb. sausage
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix according to package directions. Roll out thin, about 1/16 - inch. Spread sausage on biscuit dough. Roll up jelly roll style. Freeze about 2 hours. Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
