Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 ripe tomatoes
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes and fry in butter or oil just covering bottom of frying pan.
    Add flour, stirring to absorb oil.
    Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Simmer until thick.
    Serve over potatoes, bread, biscuits, etc.
