Egg And Caviar Hors D'Oeuvre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. purple onion
    2/3 c. sour cream, blended with 8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 small jar lumpfish
    caviar (red or black)
Preparation
    Hard-boil eggs, peel, grate and mix with mayonnaise.
    Spread in bottom of shallow dish.
    Chop 1 1/2 cup purple onion and layer over egg mixture.
    Blend 2/3 cup of sour cream with an 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese.
    Using wet spatula, spread cream mixture over layer of purple onion.
    Refrigerate.
