Summer Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shell macaroni, cooked
1 c. cooked peas
1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sliced sweet pickles
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. green peppers
1 Tbsp. minced pimiento
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook and drain macaroni; rinse with cold water.
In a medium size bowl, combine macaroni, peas, cheese, pickles, onion, green peppers and pimento.
In a separate small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
Blend into macaroni mixture.
Chill at least 1 hour.
