Potato Bread And Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. shortening
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
1 3/4 c. lukewarm potato water
1/4 c. sugar (1/2 c. for donuts)
1 c. lukewarm unseasoned mashed potatoes
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour*
Preparation

*For donuts, add 2 eggs and add more flour.
