Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. red vinegar
    1 medium onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 cucumbers
    1 pepper (red or green)
    4 small wedged tomatoes, cut in wedge shapes
    1 medium purple onion
Preparation
    Blend the first 7 ingredients in a blender.
    Cut up the vegetables and pour refrigerated and chilled dressing over.
    Makes large amount to serve.
