Mexicalli Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ground turkey or beef
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn with green and red peppers
    1 c. crushed corn chips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. low-fat shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. salsa sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground meat with onion.
    Add corn, salsa sauce, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Spray a 10-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
    Put meat mixture in pan.
    Top with crushed corn chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.
    Yields 6 servings.
