Perfection Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 pt. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 lemon (juice)
    1 c. each (chopped): onion, celery, green pepper, and fresh tomatoes
    1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Dissolve in boiling water.
    Add salt, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar.
    Add chopped ingredients when partially set.
