Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2/3 c. Crisco
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange peel (optional)
2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco.
Add eggs and milk alternating with dry ingredients.
Add orange peel and zucchini.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
If using a glass pan, bake at 325\u00b0 or if using a metal pan, bake at 350\u00b0.
