Hawaiian Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium sweet potatoes (2 to 3 c. mashed)
3/4 stick margarine
pinch of salt
8 oz. coconut (optional)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Topping (see below)
Preparation

Mix all
together
and\tbake until firm in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven in 9 x 13-inch pan.
