Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
dash of hot pepper sauce
cornstarch
water

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil.
Thicken with cornstarch and water.
Serve over deep fried chicken or pork chops dipped in egg and flour batter and deep fried.
