Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. oleo
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 c. milk
brown sugar
cinnamon
1/2 stick oleo

Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo; beat in egg.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Put in 8 or 9-inch pan and sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon; dot with oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
