Fried Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornmeal
2 to 3 lb. fillets of fish
2 to 4 Tbsp. lemon pepper
1/2 onion, diced
4 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Dip fish fillets into lemon juice. Roll into batter (cornmeal, lemon pepper, onion, pepper and salt). Deep-fry in peanut oil. Wait until fish floats, then wait one minute more before removing.
