Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Measure all ingredients into a large bowl except flour, zucchini and nuts.
Beat until smooth; stir flour into mixture. Add zucchini and nuts.
Divide dough into 6 (5 1/2 x 3 x 2 1/4-inch) loaf pans.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool on a wire rack.
