Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped suet
1 egg, beaten
pinch of salt
1/2 c. molasses
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts
1 3/4 c. flour
Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased coffee can.
Steam 2 1/2 hours.
Makes 8 to 10 slices.
Serve hot with the Sauce.
