Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    pineapple slices
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt sugar and butter in skillet.
    Place pineapple slices on top of mixture.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
    Pour over pineapple and bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
